7:30 Morning @ Al Muteena Streets

Taken in humid morning of May 2007, on queue for my bus to work, I took this picture of the horizon. The sun was hazel on the east but I was confused it did not show in this picture. Over-exposed perhaps. Nevertheless, the subject is not the thrash of course as shown here but rather the serene street of Al Muteena early that morning. In the latter time, when the sun is high, this street will be crowded with people, mostly Pakistanis and Indians resting, playing cards and mingling with other fellows. The street will again be littered again with all kinds of stuff. :o)

Early Corniche Picture Shots

Moments ago, we were few meters away from that tug-boat. After a while, it went its coarse and can be seen from a far distance as shown. We took the picture unaware that the plane is at the same time heading its way to land at the Dubai International Airport. It will take every after five minutes on average for the Dubai International Airport to accommodate touchdowns.

Moments later, after that shot was taken, it passed by us. I am not sure but I think this is one of those KLM airliners or of the Russian planes.

Alongside Deira Corniche, we took a stroll and made some candid shots with our low-cost digital camera. The picture above as shown with the beach not yet covered with dirt for the palm islands as it is today.
